Meet Me

Bound & Beyond Personal Training is run by me, Jabez Thomas, a high school level coach at Kinnelon High school and ex-collegiate jumper based in North Jersey. My business focuses on high school and collegiate track & field jump coaching (long jump, triple jump), video analysis, and performance training.

I'm committed to helping athletes of all levels and experience reach their full potential through data-driven and personalized coaching. I joined Montclair State as a self-taught walk-on who ended up being a 3x conference champ, 4x All regional, and 2x all American in 5 seasons I understand the process of finding yourself and break it down to my athletes. With my energetic style and deep expertise, every session is fun, detailed, and crafted to deliver real results.

The red, black, and white color scheme reflects the brand’s bold, focused approach. Clear communication, modern tools, and one-on-one guidance ensure every athlete receives the attention and structure they need to succeed.
